Institutional Usage Rights

BoundlessFin Bank grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our portal for the purpose of monitoring settlements and managing international disbursements. Unauthorized data mining or automated access is strictly prohibited.

Refund Disbursement Terms

• Clients must complete full KYC verification prior to fund release.
• BWB Bank is not liable for delays caused by intermediary clearing houses or inaccurate wire instructions provided by the client.
• All international transfers are subject to SEPA/SWIFT clearing cycles.

Limitation of Liability

BoundlessFin Bank shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from market volatility during the settlement clearing period. Our liability is limited to the execution of verified transfer instructions within regulatory timeframes.
